About NuMinds
NuMinds Enrichment was founded by two public school teachers in 2013. Since then, our team has been creating student programs and delivering teacher training around the world.
We focus on advanced differentiation, creativity, and affective behavior--including mindfulness.
Now, grants for national education funding have enabled our team to bring this experience to for-profit private schools at no cost!
Private School Catalog
For the school year (Fall and Spring) the team has curated and created offerings designed to uplevel private school teachers with transferable, practical classroom skills.
Courses include live instruction (in-person or Zoom) as well as blending courses with modules, graded assignments, discussions, and live instruction.
Total learning time is 6-hours, perfect for a day of staff development or yearly updates in gifted/talented instruction.

Q: What is the purpose of the grant? A: As part of a large-scale plan to reduce unemployment, government agencies reserve money for W2 employees of small businesses. The goal is to provide high-quality training through accredited colleges. The higher the quality of our work force, the greater retention and the more hireable the employees become.
Q: What is NuMinds Enrichment? A: NuMinds (short for NuMinds Enrichment, LLC) is a team of education experts. We were founded in 2013 and have delivered thousands of hours of training to teachers around the world.
Q: Are you a government agency? A: No. We are only trainers working with colleges to deliver high-quality professional learning. This website is our way of sharing the opportunity with you and your team.
Q: Do I pay anything to NuMinds or the trainer? A: No. If you are eligible for the grant, you won't pay anything. The grant covers the cost of training, including the presenter, handouts, supplies, etc.
Q: How is the training paid for? Does the center receive money? A: The grant monies are distributed directly to the college. The funds cover the cost of training and processing. That's it. There is no money out-of-pocket nor money earned for the private school--just high-quality training, 100% subsidized.
Q: Can I select the training topic, time, and location? A: Yes! Our team has created courses that intentionally uplevel your employees in areas (such as the advanced differentiation--see the full catalog for details). As for time and location, we will work with you to either provide the training on-site, at our event center in Richardson, or virtually. Some of our courses even include asynchronous learning through our online Learning Management System.
Q: How long does the entire process take? A: Checking for eligibility (Step One) is a self-guided survey, and it only takes 2-3 minutes. When you're ready to complete the application (Step Two), you choose a 30 minute meeting on our calendar. You can even preview the form and gather information by downloading the file below. Receiving approval from the government agency (Step Three) can take up to 4 weeks. Once approved, the training can happen immediately. We recommend planning for the training 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure approval.
Q: What information will you be requesting? A: We are a group of education experts and trainers working with local colleges. We do NOT want to collect any private data (such as social security numbers , date of birth, etc.). During the application process, we will need to verify that you are a tax-paying private school and that your employees are W2. This requires your Texas Workforce Commission number, and the titles/wages of your W2 staff (for example, director, teacher, assistant, etc.). You can download the exact Excel file we use by selecting the Green X icon below. Please note. Once approved, the government agency WILL request private data, but this will come directly to you through a verified email and a secure file. Again, our team of trainers DO NOT WANT access to any private data.
